We are seeking reliable, vigilant, and professional Security Guards to join our team and help ensure the safety and protection of our clients' properties and personnel.
Patrols & Inspections
Conduct regular rounds of buildings, grounds, perimeters, gates, etc., to check for anything unusual (open doors, broken windows, damaged fencing, etc.).
Check all access points (doors, gates) to make sure they are locked or properly secured.
Access Control
Monitor and control who enters and exits premises; check IDs, visitor logs; sometimes manage vehicle entry.
Ensure only authorized personnel are allowed in restricted areas.
Surveillance & Monitoring
Watch CCTV cameras, alarms, sensors to detect suspicious activities.
Monitor other detection/emergency equipment.
Incident Response & Emergency Handling
In case of emergencies (fire, theft, unauthorized entry, accidents), respond appropriately—raise alarm, contact authorities, evacuate if needed.
Provide basic first aid / help if trained, until medical help arrives.
Observation & Reporting
Be vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazards, or any unusual situation.
Keep logs, write incident reports – what happened, when, who was involved, any damages, etc.
Maintaining Order & Enforcing Rules
Enforce company / site rules and regulations (e.g. dress code, safety rules, permit to enter, restricted access).
Remove trespassers or unauthorized persons if required.
Safety Measures & Equipment Checks
Ensure that safety and fire prevention equipment are working (fire extinguishers, alarms, hoses, etc.).
Report maintenance issues or hazards (broken lights, unsafe floors, security system malfunctions, etc).
Customer / Public Interaction
Sometimes you’ll need to interact with visitors, staff, contractors, etc. Managing visitor registration, giving directions, answering security‑related questions.
Must do so politely and professionally.
Following Procedures & Regulations
Follow the Site Operation Procedures (SOP), Post Orders, emergency/fire/evacuation procedures.
Adhere to local laws and rules, including those set by SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency).
Shift & Duty Post Requirements
Be punctual & reliable in shifting duties. Cover assigned posts / posts during assigned hours.
Be prepared to work nights, weekends, holidays, according to schedule.
