A motor rider (or bike delivery rider) in Dubai typically involves:

Delivering food, parcels, groceries, or courier services

Using a motorcycle / bike provided by company or own, depending on employer

Navigating city routes to deliver safely and promptly

Sometimes being on call or working shifts

Requirements

To qualify, most companies ask for:

Valid motorcycle driving license in the UAE. Sometimes a valid foreign bike license is accepted temporarily. 

Experience in driving/delivery is preferred but not always mandatory. 

Basic English (or Arabic) communication. Knowing local roads / using GPS/maps. 

Physical fitness & ability to handle long hours, load handling. 

Tips to Get Hired / Be Competitive

Make sure your motorcycle license is valid in UAE. If not, see if the company helps you with that. 

Good knowledge of city roads, GPS, being punctual helps.

Safe driving record. Be aware of traffic laws.

Be ready to work flexible hours; many companies expect long shifts or weekend work.

Understand what your costs will be (fuel, bike repairs, etc.), and whether the job covers them.

Ask about visa sponsorship and medical insurance before accepting.
